Position Overview The Instructional Coach, Lead (Coach) serves as a critical lever in improving student achievement at Imagine Schools Riverside County (ISRC). The Coach builds teacher capacity and understanding of instructional practices as related to Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and data driven instruction.  The Coach will support high-quality instruction in classrooms through modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, and providing feedback to teachers.
