Position Overview The Director, Human Resources leads Imagine Schools Riverside County’s (ISRC) human resources functions by coordinating and administering all related processes and functions including recruitment and selection, policy and compliance, benefits and compensation, and operational leadership.  The Director ultimately helps ensure ISRC school based staff are effectively supported so they can focus on serving students.  The Director is a key part of the schools’ leadership team, reporting directly to the Regional Director.   Performance Responsibilities Recruitment/Selection and Staffing
