ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attends professional growth sessions for the purpose of keeping his/her professional human resource knowledge current with changing laws and regulations. Participates in regional and national human resource organizations. Prepares a wide variety of written materials (e.g., reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information.
