ESL Instructors must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in TESOL/TEFL or closely-related fields (linguistics, English language and literature, education, arts etc.) from an accredited college or university. Graduates of 2020 will be considered.
Have a substantial, verifiable minimum one year prior teaching experience .
CELTA, TEFL or equivalent teaching certification
High level of Englsih proficiency, clear diction and an excellent knowledge of English grammar and
Have an aptitude for international affairs and cross-cultural
Hold US employment eligibility – Legal authorization to work in the US
Demonstrate strong verbal skills, team player skills, be dynamic, flexible and open-minded with a passion for
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal);
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Classroom management ability
Proficiency in delivery of ESL curriculum and creation of lesson plans
Work knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in multimedia
