VISITING INSTRUCTOR, INTENSIVE ENGLISH PROGRAM (IEP)
The Intensive English Program, Department of Second Language Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington invites applications for a position as Visiting Instructor (Lecturer rank) in ESL, beginning August 2020. 10-month appointment (five two-month sessions) with option of teaching an additional summer session in 2020. Renewable up to one year, contingent upon satisfactory performance and instructional need. Classes meet daily. Candidates will teach four courses per session.
MA in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Second Language Studies, or closely related field required. Coursework must have included TESOL Methods and Practicum. Must have experience teaching in university-based intensive ESL programs, overseas experience desirable.
