Use CLASSTALK standardized teaching methods with the local teacher. Collaboratively probe and review the materials studentshave learned in their regular classes while at the same time incorporating related vocabulary, sentence structures and culture with an emphasis on “neutral accent” enunciation. (2.) Achieve ZhongKao/GaoKao student talk time of between 70-80% [using CLASSTALK standardized teaching methods]; (3.) Use Chinese Standards for English (CSE) as a reference. (4.) Bringing in overseas culture so that the students can speak and think in English in two contexts, that of: (a.) Their own country and; (b.) Overseas culture.• Evaluate each class and make recommendations, to improve the CLASSTALK experience for local teachers, students and most importantly your teaching colleagues who are doing the same thing.•Collaborate with your Coach and other teachers to design topics for CLASSTALK continuous training program and CLASSTALK Facebook Member’s Only Group.•Evaluate student performance, responsiveness and effectiveness of our programs to maximize: (1.) Student talking time and; (2.) College Entrance Examination (Gaokao); High School Entrance Exam (Zhongkao) compatible student talk time with a target of 100% and; (3.)
