This is a full time, 12-month TESOL management position.
The Program Specialist manages designated ESL programs and courses on and off-campus, including testing, aspects of enrollment management; faculty. Portfolio includes shared responsibility for management and advising of international (F-1) student enrollment. (F-1 training will be provided to become a DSO, if needed). As a member of ELI administrative team, s/he will also assist with special projects and grants; manage routine and emergency communications with faculty and students. Regular evening and Saturday coordination; some local travel is required to off-campus program sites on a recurring basis.
Minimum of a BA degree and 2 years of experience in education is required. Additional preferred qualifications: Graduate TESOL training and experience; high level of English and Spanish proficiency; managerial experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
