•Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) to adult students at a variety of levels. •Conduct internal classroom, external sessions and on the job training, as required for ELT Programs. •Assessment and placement of EFL students by conducting English Placement Test (EPT). •Preparation, administration and marking of weekly achievement tests. •Prepare, administer and conduct EFL examinations, covering the entire syllabus. •Participate in the preparation, correction and assessment of examinations and assignments. •Create and implement EFL Questions Bank for the examinations. •Plan, prepare, and conduct classroom instruction of EFL training programs. •Preparing and delivering lessons to meet specific student needs. •Plan and deliver clear, pedagogically and professionally sound lessons. •Record keeping of attendance, grading and report writing. •Monitor student progress, and provide evaluations of student development. •Communicate with student(s) to define the main objectives of the ELT. •Identify and document students' academic strength and weakness. •Assessing and reporting on student performance on a weekly basis. •Evaluate student performance and give advice on the placement and training needs of students. •Support and encourage students for progress. •Participate in the counselling, remediation and administration of students. •Follow a particular developed curriculum and lesson plans. •Participate in evaluation of curriculum content, materials writing and curriculum development. •Develop instructional materials and make professional recommendations for improvement. •Attend weekly and departmental staff meetings. •Perform other administrative tasks as requested or required by school anagement. •Teach EFL programs that are related to vocational training and/or job preparation. •Teaching students English for a specific purpose as defined by the organization. •Administer standardized tests such as TOEFL, IELTS and ALPT.
EFL/ESL Background is a must. •Teaching ESL/EFL to adult learners. •Extensive EFL classroom experience. •Extensive international experience in teaching ESL/EFL. •Minimum of 4 years full-time teaching ESL/EFL. •Overseas experience in TEFL is a plus. •Multicultural experience and/or backgrounds. •Working knowledge of a second language, preferably Arabic. •Literacy in using Learning Management System (LMS). •Knowledge on Quality Management Systems (QMS) in EFL. •Computer application literate, specially MS Office applications. •Ability and knowledge with technologically assisted instruction, using computers. •Technical background in the aviation industry is a plus. •Prior experience in working, interacting and caring for students from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, particularly Middle Eastern students.
